Refund Policy

Academy License Center offers customers a full refund for any course material(s) ordered up to 7 days from the date of delivery (less shipping fees) provided that the material(s) are in NEW condition.  After 7 days refundable material(s) are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the course material cost and a prorated refund of the material cost difference after the restocking fee (based on the number of days since the course material(s) have been delivered up to 30 days).  To be eligible for a refund, the course material(s) must be returned to Academy License Center in NEW condition with no damage or markings.  Return shipping cost and return shipping insurance cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Damage to materials incurred during return shipping is responsibility of the customer (so insurance is suggested).  Course material(s) are not eligible for a refund after 30 days of delivery date, unless the customer has taken the state exam and failed.  In this case, please see the refund details under our Pass Guarantee policy.

Refunds are issued only after the customer’s method of payment has been cleared and received by Academy License Center and all course materials for which a refund is requested have been received by Academy License Center in the condition specified above.  Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed after course material(s) have been received by Academy License Center.

If for some reason the customer’s order has arrived incomplete or has been damaged, the customer should contact us so we can make arrangements with them.
